We had 6 inches of raw sewage. We contacted SERVPRO who understood our urgency and they immediately came out to assess the situation. Once they began actual clean-up, their crew was more than just workers doing a routine job. I lost many photos and irreplaceable mementos and it was an emotional experience. They were so kind and considerate and handled our loss with compassion and understanding.
